We aim to ship your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's what you need to know.

1. Where We Ship

We ship across all major regions of India.
International shipping is currently not available.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days

  • You’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number once your order is dispatched

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other areas: 5–8 business days

Delays may occur due to festivals, weather, or courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹499

  • COD orders may include a small handling fee

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link.
You can also track your order on the “Track Order” page on our website.

6. Failed Deliveries

Orders not accepted or with incorrect addresses will be marked undeliverable. Re-shipping may incur extra fees.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your item is damaged or not received:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Send your order number, photos (if damaged), and issue details to support@blinkly.shop

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Health & hygiene products are not returnable

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged)

2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds for prepaid orders go to your original payment method

  • COD refunds will be sent via bank transfer

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personal care/hygiene items

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Gift cards and promotional giveaways

4. Exchange Policy
